I have over 14 years training experience and well over 4 years experience as a Personal Trainer. I love my career, pushing people to new limits is my passion. The look of joy and accomplishment on your face when you see the results that YOU have achieved along your journey makes it all worth while to me.

Nothing is impossible, with the right guidance, some discipline and consistency from you, I WILL get you the results you're looking for.

Every nutrition plan I create, is tailored to the clients requirements to work around their lifestyle. The plan outlines foods to include in your diet along with a guide to getting started.

The way your training plan will be set completely depends on your own previous training experience. I've coached a wide range of people, from newbies to athletes... whatever your current level, I'll guide you through your training to ensure the results come fast and safely.

You're not just with me for the session or online check in. For as long as we're working together, you'll have 24-hour support via WhatsApp. Any questions at any time please don't hesitate to contact me.

Depending on your fitness goals, we'll check in on either a weekly or fortnightly basis. This will include a full body composition scan and a review of your nutrition or a 30 minute video call for online clients.

Experienced lifter or not, there's always room for improvement with form. Good form promotes healthy muscle growth and prevents injury. Light weights will be used to start with to get your form perfect on every exercise before progressing to heavier weights.

Sam worked at my pace to help introduce me back to exercise and helped me to build confidence in the gym, gradually increasing my workload

After a steady weight loss we decided to step it up with a twelve week transformation plan achieving a 33lb weight loss over the period. This plan became a game changer and am now in the gym most days and have now achieved a total weight loss of 84lb, and will soon be attempting the 3 Peaks!
